100 % Furmint grape variety, harvested from the volcanic terroir, called "Kincsem-slope". Strong quantity reduction, max. 1kg crop/vine.
The Dominium Brand is our premium line, SS tank fermented, than follows approx. 6 months of barrel ageing on battonage. The fine sediment is mixed in the barrel every week one time. The barrels are not older that 10 years with light or medium toast burning level. In the nose elegant oak, green apple. In the palate nut, almond, vanilla, lots of minerals.
Recommended to drink it with fisches, white meats, spicy pastas.
