Cold pressed grape-seed oil is a dark green liquid, with a characteristic flavour similar to processed grape. It even keeps its flavour above in the range of 200°C, its smoke point is around 250°C. In addition to its high smoke point, grape seed oil has other positive attributes in relation to cooking. For example less disintegration product is left unlike any other cooking oil used in the kitchen. During the cooking its usage is cost effective, compared to any other oils (pumpkin seed, walnut, sea-buckthorn) it could have the same result with using only half or even three-quarter quantity of it. Thus, it is valuable and can be used in various ways. Food made with grape seed oil, has delicious, soft flavour.
