INFORMATIONS
We offer a nice variety of traditional, home-made style smoked meat types, produced on the basis of unique recipes.
The production process takes about 5 weeks: 1 week in dry salt, 2-3 weeks in wet pickling, then smoking.
The final products can be delivered by bulk in carton per 15-20 kg, or in vacuum foil packaging.
